Independence Day

Have a wonderful, safe Independence Day everyone!  This is not only  our nation's birthday, but the kickoff to my birthday month!

I'll be 6 later this month.  So while you wait for my upcoming birthday adventures, be safe out there & take extra care of everyone who doesn't understand that fireworks are just meant to be fun. Those loud noises can be scary!!!

Hug & Kiss & Reassure us lots!  AND be sure to thank those who fought so we could celebrate our freedom today!

It's Faith's 5th Birthday!

Herding! June 2015

Faith was ready to go in June.  Her lesson in May taught her what she needed to do and she was ON!

She could only do one run because of the heat, but boy did she have fun!

Faith has been herding for a few months now.  Although she loves it, she seems confused as to what is expected of her.  So the trainer suggested she participate in a herding clinic in May.  

To help teach Faith what was expected of her they had Lucy help her out.  You can see her excitedly following Lucy's lead - and then working together!

Faith's Adventures - Winter

Faith has had a lot of adventures this year.  Although we had a large amount of snow in the New Mexico mountains, we found a place in the valley to begin herding lessons.

She started in a small ring and just had an absolute blast!
